Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the mamak88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). mamak88 supports a range of deposit methods commonly used in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online) and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Deposits are final once confirmed by our system. Any request to reverse a valid deposit will not be entertained unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details are accurate before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the mamak88 account holder. Processing times are between one and three business days, depending on the receiving financial institution. mamak88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending compliance review.
Mamak88 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by a user's bank or third-party payment provider. Users are advised to review the terms of their respective payment services before making any transaction.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
All mamak88 users are required to comply with the following rules when using the platform:
- The use of automation software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to access or interact with the mamak88 platform without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Mamak88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service interruptions or data loss. In all cases, mamak88's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Mamak88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a user's account if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraud, unauthorised use of the platform, or for any other reason at our absolute discretion. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to any required compliance review.
